Yes, our critical communications solutions meet or exceed relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Our LANDLINE-4G digital communicator adheres to the requirements of BS-E81-28 for emergency lift remote alarm communications. While it is not bound by the compliance requirements being outsode the scope of the lift phone equiplment itself, it supports all required features of the standard, to uphold the compliance of a previously compliant system. These include two-way audio communications, DTMF control, remote dial-in for alarm receiving centres to reconnect the call, 8 hour battery backup, 2 hour talk time, mains fail/restore monitoring and notifications and adds additional features such as realtime network connectivity fail/restore with instant notification of any detected downtime.
