With a career history in Michelin-starred restaurants, Sarah Adams took her expertise in precision and management to the world of business finance. After launching her own company in 2011, she joined ControlFreq in 2024, while navigating an exit and acquisition of her own business. Sarah brings a sharp eye for financial strategy, stability, and efficiency. Passionate about optimising business operations, Sarah handles financial account management for ControlFreq’s national upgrade rollout customers. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her three children and volunteers with the Samaritans. And yes—she once crafted world-class desserts at The Fat Duck, Heston Blumenthal’s 3* Michelin restaurant, when it won the best restaurant in the world in 2005.
